TERMS OF USE

 

How to pay ? Two options :

  1. Non-binding offers, Direct transfer payment to TALAY bank account for each booking
  2. Or book and pay online via Omise, a fast and easy secure solution taking into account your selected currency and the real-time exchange rate (additional costs already included in the offered price)

Responsability & Third party liability : 

  • Any sport practice involves a risk of injury or accident
  • For every session, you consider that you are in good health and able to participate in the sport activities taught by www.talaysurf.com
  • In the event of an injury or accident, you use your own insurance to cover all medical expenses
  • by making a booking it is the understanding that you accept all our booking conditions and agree to a disclaimer that you are participating in the activities at your own risk and don’t hold any liability to Talay Surf.

Surf lessons conditions

  • Weather and safety conditions must be met for surf lessons
  • Participating in surf lessons requires you to know how to swim
  • Our price includes the surf equipment rental and you agree to return the equipment in the same condition as you took it. Any damage made by you it is the understanding & agreement by you that you will pay the repair & replacement fee

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Single Booking Activities

  1. Any reservation paid online is cancellable and 100% refundable up to 12 hours before the scheduled session time
  2. Down to 12 hours before the booked session, the canceled session is refunded at 50% of the amount paid within the time limit set by Omise
  3. In the event of cancellation on our part, you are reimbursed 100% of the amount paid within the time limit set by Omise
  4. All applications for a refund must be made in writing by sending an email to surf@talaysurf.com
  5. For all refunds, The refunded payment method is the same as the original payment method.

Accommodation Packages

  • If a cancellation is made on our part, 100% refund will be given
  • If a cancellation is made by the customer, more than seven (7) days before arrival date, a 100% refund will be given. Less than seven (7) days, a 50% refund will be given
  • 100% of package will be charged for any no show or early departure
  • Please note, we are not in control of the weather or the waves so, if you book a multi-day package and some of the days have no waves. We can’t give any refund but instead, we can offer some other fun activities.
